New EP from Blänk coming in february. More details soon.

This weekend its time for SXSW back in Austin, TX. As most of you now, SXSW is problaby the best music-happening all year, so of course Blänk is out there too. Young Ivy is reporting about us directly on his twitter https://twitter.com/#!/young_ivy

The progress on our new album is amazing right now. Songs are straight up raining off us, inside our studio in Södermalm, Stockholm. At the same time we got the amazing https://twitter.com/#!/KockyKlubbAnger and Ollie Olson mixing most of the songs for us in another studio downtown. 

On the album, Blänk are collaborating with songwriter/artists Noonie Bao and Niklas Von Arnold.

Blänk are proud to announce that the song “Do this thing” (wich samples Peter Bjorn & Johns “Nothing to worry about”) featuring amazing Noonie Bao is gonna be the first release from our coming album. Videographer is also set, and we are looking forward to work with the young, grimy talent of Tim Erem http://timerem.com/#homewho did amazing work for Savage Skulls ft Robyn and Marcus Price and Carli before us. Blänk is happy to announce that we are one of three remixers for RnB-swedes LDOD:s next release “They never”, out on Grind records on march 28 2011.  Thanx homies! Song is up now under “remixes”.
